2023-2024 Parking Pass Information

This page will serve as a one stop shop for all parking pass information for the 2023-2024 school year.

REMINDER: Parking passes are for Juniors and Seniors ONLY

Sale windows are as follows:

  • Seniors: June 12th – 14th, 2023 eCampus Page – Hagerty Class of 2024 – 300 Passes
  • Juniors: June 19th – 21st, 2023 eCampus Page – Hagerty Class of 2025 – 175 Passes

The link to purchase a parking pass will be posted on June 12th and 19th at 12:00 PM.

Step 1 – Parents, please make sure you have a My School Bucks account AND the account is linked to your Hagerty High School student. Students may also create their own account. *Please note – SCPS cannot offer support with My School Bucks as it is a 3rd party company.

THIS IS THE METHOD PARKING PASSES WILL BE PAID FOR.

Step 2 – Download the 2023-2024 Parking Pass Application and complete it. Please follow the instructions completely. Be sure to include the required documentation. You will be required to upload the application and ALL OTHER required documentation in ONE file.

 Download the parking application.

Step 3 – Ensure your student is added to the appropriate Class Level eCampus Page. Information will be shared via this page regarding parking pass sales/updates/and payment links during the sales windows. Please email Mr Maitland at [email protected] if your CURRENT Hagerty High School student is NOT on their respective class’s eCampus page.

 *Please note Transfer and Open Enrollment students may not be able to be added to these pages. Those students will NOT become active until the 2023-2024 School year begins. Continue to check this webpage for updates regarding parking pass sales. Transfer and Open Enrollment students ARE NOT guaranteed parking passes.

Step 4 – Access the Parking Pass Application Google Form. Fill out the required fields and upload the parking pass application. BE SURE the application is COMPLETE and includes the required documentation.

*PLEASE NOTE - UPLOADING YOUR PARKING PASS RECEIPT WILL BE DONE SEPARATELY. SEE STEP 6 BELOW

Step 5 – Access the payment link during the appropriate window. Any student that attempts to purchase a parking pass outside their designated window may be prohibited from purchasing a parking pass. The payment link will be published on each class’s eCampus page, this webpage, and the Hagerty High School website at 12:00PM on each window’s start date.

*Please note this link will be via My School Bucks, refer to STEP 1. My School Bucks uses two factor authorization. Signing into the My School Bucks site or App just prior to the windows opening may be advantageous.

Step 6 – Upload your receipt of payment to the Parking Pass Google Form. No receipt = NO PARKING PASS

Steps to upload copy of the receipt:

  • Step 1 - Purchase the pass during your class's designated window. Link will be provided at 12:00PM on the first day of the window.
  • Step 2 - Save a copy of the receipt
  • Step 3 - Click the google doc link and sign in using the SAME GOOGLE account you used to upload your application.
  • Step 4 - Click EDIT YOUR RESPONSE
  • Step 5 - Upload the copy of the receipt - This is done via the last question on the google form
